Sami's in a great mood considering she had to wake up super early. They knocked out on their own, I didn't have to drug either of them. Dole Plantation train ride.  Throwing that shaka sign. Our daily lunch spot. I think this is, by far, my favorite picture of our  entire vacation.  Testing the waters. Don't mind the photo  bomber in the background. I love them. I'm fortunate enough to say that this is my 3rd trip to Hawai'i, and probably my favorite, so far. They all hold a special place in my heart, but this vacation just seemed perfect. I'm A Little Bit Country

Yesterday morning while I was getting ready for work, I decided to turn on the radio via my record player. It's old school looking (which I love) and has a tuner rather than a digital programmer. I don't mind having to fiddle around and find a decent radio station (as if they exist), except I often don't know what I'm listening to. So anyway, I find what I think is MY FM and decide to proceed with my daily morning ritual. If Sami is up, I make the bed, if she isn't, then I scurry around looking for something to wear as quickly and quietly as I can. That morning Sami was awake. As I was making the bed and watching Sami dance in her crib, I started thinking to myself, hmm these songs aren't too bad. I had no idea what I was listening to I just figured it was Taylor Swift. I heard a few songs and started to notice a pattern. They all talked about being "American". It did seem a bit odd but since I rarely listen to the radio, other than KCRW, I just figure...

Emma's Goes to the Movies

All after the movie.  Finally took the big step of taking Emma to the movies. I was a little nervous for the most part, I wasn't sure how'd she'd behave but she did well. We watched Hotel Transylvania 3 and all loved it. We're big fans of those movies. Emma sat through most of it. One of her favorite snacks is popcorn so I knew we had to have to that in order her to distract her. Towards the end of movie is when she felt the need to get out of her seat. I think this had to do with Sami moving around in hers a lot. Luckily there was plenty of room for her to move around, and to be quite honest, I think the teenager I was sitting next to was way more annoying than both of my niñas combined.
